MY ADHD JOURNEY -
From Chaos To Organization
Hi! I would like to share my story with you—how I struggled with chaos, change, and misunderstanding, and how I finally discovered that ADHD was the answer to many of my questions. Today, I'm an ADHD coach and space organizer, and I want to help you too! 🤗
THE CONSTANT NEED FOR CHANGE WITH ADHD
Childhood Energy and School Challenges 🎈
Since I remember, before I knew I had ADHD, I was fascinated by changes and new challenges 🌈. As a kid, I was a bundle of energy in constant motion - riding my bike hands-free 🚲, turning my room upside down at least once a year, and my belongings would find their way to the strangest places. A chair served as my closet 🪑, and my bed doubled as a desk 🛏️.
Sports were my outlet for energy 🏃♀️ - volleyball and cycling provided that essential dose of movement and adrenaline. In college, my restless spirit 👻 persisted -
I frequently switched apartments and social circles while juggling studies with work as an English teacher 📚.

After college, I joined a corporation 🏢, drawn to its international environment 🌍 and opportunities for continuous growth. At the time, I didn't realize that my characteristic need for change and variety was simply my ADHD brain at work.
And my interests? They were like butterflies 🦋 - beautiful but fleeting. From dog training 🐕 to bike stunts, volleyball, hamster breeding, learning English, to piano playing 🎹. The list is so long that some passions have faded from memory, yet each one was part of my colorful journey of self-discovery 🌈.
WORKING ABROAD ✈️
From childhood, was taught to be punctual ⏰ - my mom always made sure I wasn't late for school. This lesson stayed with me for a long time - as an adult, I would arrive at work even 20 mins early.
Punctuality and Corporate Life 🏢
When I lost interest of the job position at corporation "X", I made a decision to move abroad. A new HR role in international corporation "Y" seemed like a dream come true—offering opportunities to experience different cultures 🌍, meet new people and continuous growth. My plan was simple: "A year or two, then off to the next country." At first, everything felt exciting, despite having to tighten my belt financially 💰.

CHALLENGES AND STRUGGLES 🚨
Over time, I noticed changes. My mental health deteriorated 🌧️, and I felt increasingly isolated from the team. I had always been a bit different from my peers, but I had never experienced such loneliness before. My once-exciting job became a burden 🔄. The corporate culture held a strong belief that sick leave was only for those with "serious" illnesses—ones with visible, physical symptoms.
My first mental breakdown was like a wake-up call 🚨 - suddenly I couldn't function normally anymore. Every conversation, every work task became an overwhelming challenge 😰. I felt like an out-of-tune instrument - nervous, impulsive, lost. I knew I needed a change, something calmer and more structured.
I decided to change teams, and it was the perfect decision 🎯! I joined an amazing group of people who remain my friends to this day. Slowly, I started coming back to life — meeting new people, learning fascinating things, feeling like myself again. The loneliness that had been my constant companion began to fade away. The team welcomed me with open arms 🤗, and I absorbed knowledge like a sponge. Even during intense work periods, I didn't struggle anymore — I finally felt like I belonged.
BREAKTHROUGH MOMENT OF CHANGE 🎯
After several years in corporate life, my restless spirit needed a change like oxygen 🌬️. However, fate had different plans - the pandemic hit 🦠. Overnight, our office life moved to our homes 🏠. Initially, this change felt like a blessing - no more morning rush and punctuality stress! I could finally work at my own pace ⏰.
Paradoxically, when changes started multiplying in the team — new managers, new processes — I discovered something surprising 😮. I, who had always thrived on change, felt frustrated 😤. Why? Because this time, I wasn't creating these changes—I was just a passive recipient 🤷♀️. The isolation and lack of real human contact only deepened these feelings 😔. Over time, my energy and engagement began to decline, and everything around me—even the simplest household tasks—seemed more fascinating than work.

ADHD-FRIENDLY SPACE ORGANIZATION 🎯
Even organizing my room became more interesting! I discovered I'm a macro-organizer—loving big-picture organization. My system? Simple but effective ✨—everything has its designated spot. All electronics and cables go in one clearly marked place 📱. Perfect for my ADHD brain—no need for perfect arrangement, but I always know where things are 🎯!
This ADHD-friendly system gives me freedom 🦋 while keeping basic order. After lots of experimenting, I found what works! Now I'm an ADHD space organization expert - finding order in any chaos! 🎪

COULD IT BE ADHD? 🤔
Then came the breakthrough! One night on YouTube, I found a woman talking about her ADHD diagnosis. Her story touched my heart ❤️every experience mirrored my life perfectly, like finding that missing puzzle piece 🧩!
Excited, I dove into research 📚. So many of my "quirks" turned out to be ADHD traits! Each video and story I found convinced me more—this explained everything: the constant changes, the need for movement, my lifelong friendship with chaos 🌪️. Friends would say things like "Everyone's a bit ADHD" 🙄 and "You don't seem like you have ADHD" 🤦♀️.
But I knew in my heart this was right. I booked a specialist appointment and shared my story. I was lost but hopeful—learning about ADHD felt like a turning point 👩⚕️
MY DIAGNOSIS STORY 🔍
My journey began with a depression diagnosis 😔. But something told me that wasn't the whole story. So, I requested an ADHD assessment 💪.
The Diagnostic Process 🔍
After getting my referral, I went through three diagnostic sessions. Finally hearing "yes, you have ADHD" was life-changing! 🎯
I felt such incredible relief and joy 🎉! Like puzzle pieces falling into place 🧩, everything started making sense. This wasn't the end though - it was the beginning of an amazing journey of self-discovery. I dove deep into learning about ADHD with genuine passion, realizing that my "quirks" were beautiful parts of my neurodiversity 🦋.
Workplace Support and Challenges 💼
At work, my first manager was wonderfully supportive 🤝. But life had other plans - my new supervisor not only didn't understand ADHD but refused to believe it existed 😤. "ADHD is just an excuse", "you need to try harder" - these phrases became too familiar. The strict micromanagement and constant monitoring made me feel trapped 🔒.
Finally, I made a brave decision - I left the corporate world. Today, I know it was one of the most important choices in my life, opening new doors and letting me be truly myself ✨.

ADHD COACHING 👩🏫
How ADHD Coaching Found Me? 🌟
After taking a break from corporate life, I booked a session with a Career Coach 👩💼. That session changed everything when my coach saw something special in me: "You know what? You'd make an amazing coach!" 🎯
Those words lit a fire 🔥! I searched for coaching schools, realizing my personal ADHD experiences could help adults with ADHD. When I began my training, everything clicked into place 🧩 — my deep understanding of ADHD, passion for space organization, and natural drive to help others aligned perfectly. My brand was born 🦋 — helping other ADHD people find their way ⭐!

"Bee Messy Organized" with ADHD 🐝
The name combines three perfect elements that reflect my philosophy 🌈. I turned "Be" into "Bee" 🐝 (playing on my surname!), and "Messy Organized" represents how I help clients find structure within their chaos✨. Together, they represent our unique ADHD approach to organizing—finding our own way that's not about perfection but about what works for us, all while keeping that sparkle of spontaneity and creativity alive 🦋.
